1. Ticket Cancellations
You may cancel your event ticket purchase under the following conditions:
- Within 24 Hours: Full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase, provided the event is at least 7 days away.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
- No Refunds After Start: No refunds for cancellations after the event start date or for used tickets (verified via QR code).
2. Merchandise Cancellations
Merchandise orders (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, caps) can be canceled as follows:
- Before Confirmation: Orders can be canceled via WhatsApp (+254727739469) before confirmation by our team.
- After Confirmation: No cancellations once the order is confirmed and processed for shipping.
3. How to Cancel
To request a cancellation:
- Email info@amokevlogs.com with your order/ticket details.
- For merchandise, message us on WhatsApp at +254727739469.
- Registered users can view purchase history and initiate cancellations via their account dashboard.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (via Stripe/PayPal). You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
